Mobility lease in Bordeaux – furnished studios in Talence

Are you a student, intern, trainee or on a work assignment in Bordeaux? We rent our furnished studios in Talence under a French "bail mobilité" (mobility lease): a short-term furnished rental contract of 1 to 10 months, set out in the ELAN law.

With a mobility lease, there is no security deposit. The Visale guarantee can cover unpaid rent, which makes the application easier for students and young professionals.

Our 4 renovated studios are in Talence, a few minutes from central Bordeaux. Each studio is fully furnished and equipped: fast wifi, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and cleaning service. Just bring your suitcase and feel at home.
